Discrimination, Discriminatory Harassment, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Complaint Investigation

The Office of Civil Rights Compliance and Investigation (CRCI) is WSU’s central intake and referral office for discrimination, discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct complaints from students, staff, faculty, and visitors or guests. CRCI collaborates with other University offices that receive and address complaints and problems in educational environments and workplaces throughout the University. CRCI will investigate all reported incidents of discrimination, discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct or refer them, as appropriate for a response.

CRCI investigates complaints that implicate the following policy:
